Conditions of Sale

1. Every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives safely, and in good condition.

2. Unless otherwise stated books will be shipped throughout the UK by Royal Mail and despatched within twenty four hours of our receipt of your payment.

3. Unless otherwise agreed, all post will be  by second class mail.

4. Under no circumstances will names and address' be given to anyone for any reason.

5. International orders will be shipped by the agreed shipping method.

6. Unless otherwise agreed payment will be by the bank credit card facility on this site.

7. For orders where other payment terms are agreed the order will be shipped in accordance with the agreed terms.

8. If the goods received are not to your satisfaction should you return the books in original condition within seven days we will refund the full amount of the books.

9. For orders from abroad we will quote you for both insured and uninsured methods of transport. If your choice is for an uninsured method then any risk is to you.

10. Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted in Sterling pounds. (£)

11. Prices should on this site are those prevailing for the exchange rates as at March 2005. Should the exchange rate between the Kenya Shillings and the Pound Sterling or between the Pound Sterling and your currency vary by more than 5% prices may vary.
